Salted Caramel Turtle Fudge Bars

1/2 cup Caramel sauce, salted
Baking & Spices
1 cup All-purpose flour
1/4 cup Confectioners' sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sea salt, flaky
16 oz Semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
Nuts & Seeds
1/2 cup Pecans, toasted
2/3 cup Butter, unsalted
1 14 ounce can Condensed milk, sweetened

  • The shortbread dough will be a little crumbly, but donít fret Ė this is totally normal. Hereís what you want to do: dump it into the prepared pan and press it into an even layer. I like to wrap my hand in a piece of saran wrap to make this step really easy, but this is totally optional. You can press it down with the bottom of a measuring cup or just use your bare hands.
